Shipping
All orders shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. All frieght will be billed at the agreed rate. All shipping is at the customers expense.

Return Policy
All claims on incorrect shipments must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. No claims allowed after 30 days from invoice date, unless quality related. A return authorization number, issued by the return authorization department must accompany all returns and must be placed on the outside of box. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns, unless quality related.

Service Charge
There is a $5.00 service charrge on all orders under $50.00 residential drop shipments.

Back orders will be automatically held unless otherwise requested.
